It was my first time to Torchy’s and Clarissa was so welcoming and thoughtful giving me the run down of the house favorites. Lupe delivered my food to the table at a timely manner and was so friendly. I ordered the Baja shrimp and street corn.
Lupe is so friendly & nice! She always makes sure your order is correct upon handing off and if you need anything, she’s quick to help. She always has a smile, as well.
The staff here, Vertice, Susie, Lupe, Daniel and Clarissa are amazing; always a great place to come and take a break from work, eat some delicious tacos and drink some cold beer.
These tacos are soooo delicious You probably cannot pick wrong as every kind is yummy. And let’s guve some praise to the sangrias as those are totally great. Torchy’s just doesn’t disappoint. We love the Texas decor as well.
First time here. One taco is definitely a meal. I ordered 2. Barbacoa and a chicken fajita taco. Very good. Also got guacamole and chips ...the big bowl of guacamole. Homemade and tasted great. Bring your appetite because there is a lot to choose from and the portions are pretty good sized.
I’ll be honest — Torchy’s Tacos has never really been my go-to spot. Their tacos are just okay in my opinion, nothing that really stands out to me. I know a lot of people love them, but they’re just not for me. However, I decided to give them another shot and tried their new salad with grilled chicken, and wow — it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were spot-on, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. I would absolutely go back just for that salad. It was a total game-changer. The customer service was also fantastic. The staff was super accommodating, answering all my questions and making adjustments to my order since I don’t drink certain alcohols. I really appreciated that level of attentiveness. Of course, I couldn’t resist ordering a Mexican candy, and they made sure it was just right. If you’re a fan of their tacos, you’ll probably enjoy them as usual, but for me, the salad is the star of the show. Definitely worth stopping by again just for that. And even if the tacos aren’t your thing, the location is great, and the staff is welcoming.
My coworker and I grabbed a quick lunch and drink, and our service was amazing. Our bartender was very attentive and focused. The food came out quickly and was fresh. I haven't had that good service at a Torchys in a while, so I'm glad we stopped by.
